For those who want a more guided journey, this adds clear check-ins, simple deadlines, and structured support to help you stay consistent for the full 90-days.

How the 90-Day Commitment Works
The 90-Day Commitment is an optional accountability layer that supports consistent participation inside the Body by Michele™ 90-Day Sculpt System.
It’s built to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. This commitment will help week after week from slacking, restarting, or second-guessing the process.
If you opt in, you follow the Sculpt System as written and complete the scheduled progress check-ins throughout the cycle. These check-ins keep you accountable and help me, help you catch patterns early.
The goal isn’t pressure or perfection. It’s clarity, follow-through, and completing the full 90-day cycle as the system was designed.
